1. Shipping Methods
1.1 All orders are shipped via our Vendors’ affiliate international couriers such as MBE, DHL, FedEx, UPS or by other certified international couriers.
1.2 In the cart, at the time purchase, shipping costs with goods origin, taxes and duties (if any), will be shown in detail before customer proceeds with the Order Confirmation. All details will be also shown in the Order email sent to customer. SHM's Vendors process and send orders during their main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm. The order will be processed only after SHM as received full payment from customer.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
2.1 The shipping costs or the free shipping will be detailed in your Cart and Order Confirmation, the cost varies depending on the individual purchase value and the country of dispatch.
2.2 The delivery time will depend upon products availability. Shipping time will be around 2 to 5 working days from the moment product are packed and ready for delivery by Vendor. Once customer’s payment is received by SHM, SHM sends the order to the Vendor within one working day. Please be aware that shipping time can vary for reasons out of SHM or Vendors control. SHM and SHM's Vendors shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of SHM and SHM's vendors.
3. Delivery Countries
3.1 Most of SHM's Vendors deliver worldwide. Orders to addresses to which SHM's Vendors cannot ship, will be automatically cancelled.

4. Shipment Tracking
4.1 As soon as SHM's Vendors have shipped the product of your order you will receive an email stating the courier tracking number.
5. Important Delivery Information
5.1 All orders require a signature upon receipt.
5.2 SHM and SHM's Vendors are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please verify the shipping address before complete the order confirmation
5.3 If courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package three times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. However if you are unavailable even at the third step, SHM may at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to contact you to agree any other delivery arrangements. After the third step, SHM Customer Service will contact you directly by email; it is understood that if, due to your unavailability, SHM will choose to cancel the sale SHM will not incur any liability for this choice.
5.4 If the delivery of the goods to the courier becomes impossible, even temporarily, due to the unavailability of the ordered products or for other reasons, SHM will notify you without delay, and in any case within 7 (seven) days from the day following the transmission of you order. In these cases, SHM will not charge you any amount and SHM will proceed to the immediate cancellation of the payment transaction you initiated.
1. Important Returns Information
1.1 If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) purchased on stylehuntermilano.it can be returned for store refund within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt. The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires the physical possession of the item(s).
1.2 To request a return you will have to send an e-mail to SHM Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org writing the order number, the items to return and the reason why.
1.3 You will receive an e-mail from SHM with the Return Form with the instructions. The shipping costs of return are borne by the buyer (that is the customer). Shipping costs and any associated cost (custom duty and taxes) will not be refunded by SHM in case of returns.
1.4 You will have to fill in Return Form scan it and send it to SHM by email at email@example.com. Then include the Return Form inside the packages (one package to each Vendor). Packages without a Return Form will not be processed or refunded.
1.5 Send the return package to Vendor’s warehouse, SHM will inform you by e-mail about the Vendors address warehouse where to return the package.
1.6 Refunds will be made by SHM as soon as the return arrives at Vendors warehouse and the products returned will be verified.
1.7 Once you have exercised your right to withdraw from the contract, you must return the products to the Vendor, sending them to the shipping agent for shipment within 14 (fourteen) days of when you informed SHM of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
1.8 Returns conditions:
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached and must not show any signs of use. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the customer. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
- Merchandise must be returned to the Vendor's warehouse with its original boxes which must not be damaged or altered. One package for each Vendor. You can return all or part of the items purchased.
- Return shipments must be made using a courier with tracking number at arrival and within 14 (fourteen) days of when you informed SHM of your decision to withdraw from the contract and return the items purchased.
1.9 After the products have been returned, SHM and SHM's Vendors shall check the conformity of the products with the conditions indicated in section above. When SHM is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, SHM shall send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products.
1.10 SHM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on this page. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order and the withdrawal will not be effective.
1.11 In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions set out on this page, you will not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid to SHM; nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to SHM. If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to SHM, SHMshall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the sums already received.
1.12 If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in this section, SHM shall refund the amounts paid for the returned products according to the methods and times of SHM' s standard refund procedure.
2.1 The refund procedure will be initiated by SHM within thirty (30) days of when SHM was informed of your decision to return. The procedure will begin after checking to ensure that the customer's return is in accordance with the Return Policy and that the returned products have been accepted as indicated in "Shipping & Returns" policy and in "Terms and Conditions" policy on this website.
2.2 The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at Vendor’s warehouse and the items will be verified, in any case within 14 (fourteen) days of when the return arrives at Vendor’s warehouse.
2.3 The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.
2.4 Custom duties and Taxes, if any, will not be refunded.
2.5 The refund is credited to the purchaser’s account by bank transfer or by Paypal.
